We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, colour, or variant selected

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Delays caused by couriers or customs

  • Digital products, downloads, memberships, or services once accessed

 


 

Faulty or Incorrect Items (If Applicable)

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at platinumtrendz@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will assess the issue and, where required by law, offer a replacement or resolution at our discretion.

 


 

Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes for orders that comply with this policy may result in:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Loss of access to any digital products or services
